Renovating Your Property While You Are Overseas

If you live outside Japan, you may be concerned about how to manage a renovation project remotely.

We can communicate with you in English and provide photographs and videos during inspections and, where appropriate, during the work. This allows you to understand the condition of the property and the progress of the project without needing to be present in Japan for every visit.

Can We Give You a Quote from Photos?

For some repairs and renovation work, we can provide an initial rough estimate based on photographs, videos, floor plans, measurements, and other information.

However, photographs cannot always show hidden conditions such as plumbing, wiring, structural conditions, or the condition behind walls and floors. For more complex renovation projects, an on-site inspection may be necessary before we can prepare a detailed quotation.

If you are overseas, you can still contact us first and send us the information you have. We can then discuss what is possible before arranging an inspection.

Renovation Costs in Osaka
